: I couldn't really tell from the pic, but did they just basically remove the bends that would normally curve around the tranny and just bring the pipes straight back from the downpipes/pre-cats? I basically 'designed' it with the help of the welder (he did do all the work and threw away about 40 feet of exhaust until he understood my english better). I wanted the straightness of the hyper, without the way over the top looks. I don't want to encite races just because I have an exhaust. So I win on a few counts, depsite the god awful look of a single out tip. blech. Was it a noticeable difference in power? over an original 1990 stock exhaust? yes. remember, I swapped my ghetto SPs for a buddies stock exhaust. He got the SPs, I got the old stealth stock exhaust. that was a HUGE difference. going from stock to this setup was about the same. Infact, I realized the gains that I had lost when I removed my underdrive pulley. So mod wise, i'm all square. It's really quiet, but very nice. My mechanic of late (mr Dallas DamonZ [bus_mode=on]) commented on how originally it looked dumb as crap. but said it performed well and it was sorta growing on him. But not enough to get in on the "nixit exhaust" GB. He prefers his B&B. Hell, I prefer his B&B. laters.
